Our team provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for 14,000 sq.ft. of office, conference, and support spaces at a corporate campus. The lighting design utilized high efficacy LED lighting fixtures and a state of the art lighting control system. This upgrade allowed for the highest level of illumination for a variety of tasks, as well as individual controls for employee comfort. The HVAC scope included new energy-efficient Roof Top Mechanical Units (RTU’s), and upgrades to the building control system. These upgrades provided energy savings to the building owners as well as increased thermal comfort to the occupants. This project included a building management system that monitored the HVAC power and has capabilities for monitoring of the lighting status.
